High availability
For most SMEs, a well-designed network is enough. When an hour of downtime stalls production, patient care or sales, we duplicate every link that can fail, we also monitor the one waiting its turn, and we test failover at intervals agreed with you.

Yes, we use remote management tools to monitor and maintain your network. On-site visits are scheduled when needed (cabling, hardware replacement).
How do you handle connection between multiple sites?
We set up secure site-to-site VPNs that connect your offices seamlessly. Your teams share resources as if they were in the same location.
How do you secure the Wi-Fi?
We configure separate networks (employees, guests, connected devices) with security rules specific to each use. Access is controlled and logged.
Do we have to keep our current internet provider?
Not necessarily. We can provide connectivity through our Swiss partners Init7 or Wifx, or take over the management of your existing line.
Do you offer backup connections?
Yes, we can set up a backup link (second carrier or 5G) sized according to the criticality of your business. It is the first of the three availability levels described above.
What happens when a doubled device fails?
Its twin takes over automatically and our monitoring alerts us. We replace the faulty device while your network keeps running. Until it is replaced you have no backup left, which is why these alerts are handled as a priority.
