How does 3-2-1 backup work?
Your data is backed up across three distinct Swiss locations, with one encrypted and immutable copy kept away from the primary site. This protects against local failures, ransomware and disasters.
Can I access my files from anywhere?
Yes, we configure secure access via VPN or web portal according to your needs.
What happens if I need to recover deleted data?
We keep backups from several days to several weeks depending on the contract, and restore tests can be scheduled in the contract.
