No. The cutover is prepared and tested beforehand: mailboxes are migrated smoothly and the old system remains accessible during the transition.
Do we have to migrate everything at once?
No. We can migrate in stages: e-mail first, then files, then devices. The pace depends on your context.
Who owns the Microsoft 365 tenant?
You, always. The tenant and subscriptions belong to you; we only act as delegated administrators.
SharePoint or file server?
Both are possible. SMB shares remain our standard for classic usage; SharePoint is recommended when collaboration comes first. We decide with you based on your usage.
Do you train our users?
Yes, we help users get up to speed during migrations, with simple guides and short sessions when needed.
