Data controller

SysPros Sàrl, Chemin des Taborneires 4, 1350 Orbe (info@syspros.ch), is the controller for the processing described below, within the meaning of the new Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP).

Data collected

This site sets no tracking cookies. Only the data you voluntarily submit through the contact form (name, e-mail, company, message) is processed, solely to answer your request. Audience measurement is covered in the following section.

Audience measurement

Site traffic is measured with Rybbit, a tool self-hosted by SysPros on its own server (rybbit.syspros.ch): the data is not shared with any external analytics provider. This measurement records the pages visited and their title, the referring page, query and UTM parameters, session duration, entry and exit pages, browser type and version, operating system, screen resolution, device type, and the country or region derived from the IP address. The IP address itself is not retained. No directly identifying data is collected, and visit identifiers are anonymous. This measurement sets no cookie.

Call booking

The booking button on the contact page opens a calendar provided by Cal.com. That provider's script is loaded only after you click the button: until you do, nothing is sent to it. Opening the calendar may cause Cal.com and its infrastructure to set technical cookies required for the module's operation and security. If you confirm a booking, the details you enter at that point are processed by Cal.com to create the appointment, and by SysPros to prepare the call.

Contact form

Form messages are forwarded to our team through a delivery service configured for this purpose. They are neither sold nor used for marketing without your consent. Retention: as long as needed to handle your request, unless a business relationship follows.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification or deletion of your data at any time by writing to info@syspros.ch. You may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
