We already have an in-house IT person. How does that work?
Very well. We call it co-managed IT: your IT person keeps control of day-to-day operations and knowledge of your environment. We bring professional tooling, monitoring and cybersecurity. Each party's role is defined together from the start and documentation is shared between both teams.
What does your service actually cover?
Monitoring and maintenance of your equipment, updates, verified backups, protection against cyberattacks and support for your employees. Everything is documented. We shape the service around your needs: most clients choose a monthly plan, and we also work on a time-and-materials basis for projects or one-off needs.
We are a small company. Is this service right for us?
Yes. We support organizations from a handful of workstations to several hundred. The core baseline is the same for everyone, which is precisely what lets us maintain consistent quality at any size.
How does getting started work?
We begin with a no-obligation assessment of your IT. You receive a concrete plan: what is working, what needs fixing, and a costed proposal. You freely decide what happens next.
Where is our data hosted?
Your data and its backups remain in Switzerland. Backups are distributed across three locations in Geneva, Gland and Lucerne, using ISO 27001-certified infrastructure, with one copy encrypted and protected against deletion.
Do you also offer business telephony?
Yes, through a specialized partner. Alongside the management of your IT, we coordinate a professional telephony solution (VoIP): landline numbers, call routing, desktop and smartphone apps.
Can you host our business applications (ERP, management tools, etc.)?
Yes. We host your business applications, for example an ERP like Odoo, on our Swiss cloud: monitoring, controlled updates, robust backups. For the application integration itself, we work with specialized partners.
